SECOND CHANCE COFFEE
Second Chance Coffee will be located outside the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court. The participants – men and women in the criminal justice system – will gain new skills such as making take away coffee, food handling, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Participants will develop these competencies and skills through training and work experience.
This project aims to improve offenders’ work readiness, to become self-sustaining and to generate funds for the VACRO Children’s Foundation.
It is anticipated that Second Chance Coffee will commence trading soon...check this page regularly for an update.
This project is funded by the William Buckland Foundation and the Besen Family Foundation.
